Terms of service

These terms apply when you use merrytrail.shop or buy from Merry Trail ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors on screen can vary slightly, and some photos show the trail styled for effect. The Christmas Glow Trail™ is an indoor decorative wall light about 3.9 ft (120 cm) tall that runs on batteries and goes up with adhesive strips. It is a decoration, not a toy.

Safe use

• Indoors only. Keep it away from water, damp and steam.
• Keep it well away from candles, fireplaces, heaters and other heat sources.
• Keep batteries and small parts away from young children and pets, and take the batteries out when you store it.
• Follow the instruction card when you put it up and take it down.
• Keep the packaging away from small children and pets.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Whop. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price was shown in error, a product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud.

Multi trail prices and order by dates

Multi trail prices and any order by date are the ones shown on the store when you order. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. An order by date for Christmas delivery is our best advice, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees, or any other consumer rights you have by law where you live.

Using our store

You agree to give accurate information when you order, and not to misuse the store, including trying to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Merry Trail name, logo, words and images on this store belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them without permission.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you can bring any dispute in the courts of that state. If you are a consumer outside Australia, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
