Care and safety
For indoor walls only. Keep it away from candles, fireplaces, heaters, water and steam. Take the batteries out when you pack it away after Christmas, and store it flat in its box so it comes back out looking the same next year.

How big is it?
It stands about 3.9 ft (120 cm) from the snow clouds at the bottom to the top of the topper. Measure the wall you have in mind before you order: it looks best with a little clear space on either side and nothing in front of it.
How does it go on the wall?
It goes up with the 3M adhesive strips in the box, no nails or drilling. If your paint is new, delicate or textured, try a small piece on a hidden spot first.
How is it powered?
It runs on batteries (not included), so there is no cord or plug. Press the button on the back to turn it on and off.
Which style should I choose?
The Present Trail is our favorite: a glitter gift box with a teddy bear peeking out, spilling a trail of tiny presents down the wall. Santa's Sleigh and the Flying Reindeer are the classic Christmas Eve pair, and the Christmas Train is full of little details for kids to spot. Choosing two? One on each side of the stairs looks beautiful, and two trails save 10%.
Can I put it outside or near the fireplace?
No. It is made for indoor walls only. Keep it out of rain, damp and steam, and well away from candles, fireplaces and heaters. The snow clouds and ribbons are soft decorations, and they belong on a cool, dry wall.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Delivery takes 6 to 14 business days from the day you order, and every order ships with tracking. In the United States, order by December 1 for delivery before Christmas.

What if something goes wrong?
Every trail carries a 12 month warranty on its lights. If anything fails, send us a photo or a short video and we send a replacement. Unused trails can also come back within 30 days of delivery.
